Update on baby Jace
Well jace started having weird bowel movements with blood in the stool come to find out he has a milk allergy. So my options were a milk free diet or formula. For everyone who doesn't know this cause i sure didn't realize milk is in EVERYTHING so if i decided to keep on breastfeeding i would only be able to eat fruit vegetables and meat with no sauce or seasoning and for someone who doesn't particularly like meat this diet seemed unreal. So i am now formula feeding him a really expensive allergy free formula hopefully after next weeks meeting with the doctor we can switch to a less expensive kind of formula. But I'm glad we took him in i was really worried when i saw blood in is stool. We took him in for a after hours appointment last night I'm glad we did after feeding him formula all night long he hasn't spit up as much his poop is starting to look normal again and i think he is feeling better so far. I know this might sound bad but now that Jace is formula feeding i can have chocolate!!! man i have been craving chocolate since he was born!! I'm just glad we are finally getting Jace to feel better because like all you mothers out their no there is nothing more frustrating than a baby not feeling good and you not knowing how to help them. anyway that's it for now got to go feed the little monkey!! ha ha

I had the exact same thing happen with my daughter.. We had to use the nutramagin formula... I only had to do if for a week, cause i actually did cut out all the dairy... they do grow out of it.. I have been feeding her things with dairy in it now that she is older... one other kind of formula you can try is soy formula.. not quite as expensive but it worked for EmmaLynn... It was hard to cut everything out... even me eating bread that had milk in it would do it... It actually helped me loose weight quicker though too believe it or not!
Glad you are starting to figure out what this little guy can eat! Hopefully he sleeps more for you soon! I am glad you get to enjoy chocolate again, although with the twins, I just ate it and made them get used to it ha ha ha!
I just showed Jared your blog. When he saw the pictures of Jace he said "Man that's a cute kid!" Just so you know! You know Jared, he doesn't hand out compliments too often.........hope you are well!!
Oh my how cute little Jace is. I'm dying to see him! I can't wait for his blessing because I'm sure that's the only time we will be able to come before winter. We miss you guys so much. I'm so glad everything is better with Jace. There's nothing more frustrating than not knowing what's wrong. Melissa is still on the the really expensive formula. I need to switch her to milk and see how she does. We love you guys and can't wait to see you.
